Infrastructure Assessment & Development Essentials (IADE) Designed for schools or providers that currently have limited infrastructure for international safety and security and want to strengthen their duty of care for international programming.
This package includes an in-depth assessment of your institution’s global footprint and current infrastructure to support travelers; assistance with the development of international travel policies appropriate to your school’s needs; development of crisis response plans and tools; practical recommendations to maximize your resources; recommendations for future improvements and one selected training.
It can include two on-campus visits: the first to meet with campus stakeholders as part of the assessment process and the second for the selected training or can be completed virtually. Biweekly virtual meetings will also take place during the development phase to ensure that policies and plans address the needs of the institution.
Typically an IADE package takes place over a time period of three-four months with the training at the conclusion.
Additional trainings can be added to this package at a reduced price.

Strengthening Existing Infrastructure (SEI) Designed for schools and providers that already have safety and security infrastructure and are interested in further developing their safety and security tools to strengthen their education and support for travelers for incident response.
This package includes an in-depth assessment of your program’s current safety and security protocols to support travelers; recommendations for measures to strengthen current structures and assistance with implementation of such measures; practical recommendations to maximize your resources and one selected training.
It can include one on-campus visit for discussion of recommended measures with key stakeholders and the selected training or can be completed virtually. Bi-weekly virtual meetings will also take place during the implementation of recommended measures phase of the project.
Typically a SEI package takes place over a time period of two-three months.
Additional trainings can be added to this package at a reduced price.

Strengthening Safety and Security for Selected Development Areas: Designed for schools and providers that want to strengthen safety and security support for an identified need at their institution.
This package includes an in-depth assessment of your institution’s current safety and security infrastructure in the selected focus area and recommendations for measures to strengthen current structures and guidance on implementations of such measures.
Typically a focused development project takes one-two months.
A customized training on the focus topic can be added to this package at a reduced rate.

Customized Trainings
Trainings are designed to strengthen safety and security knowledge and response for a particular population or focus on a particular group of travelers.
A training package includes pre-training discussion and identification of desired outcomes; an in-person training, typically 90 minutes in length for up to 12 participants; and a written assessment of the training that includes recommendations for follow on activities.
