International Programming Essentials (IPE) Designed for schools that currently have limited protocols specific to international programming for students or those that are looking to implement international programming as part of their school offerings.
This package includes an in-depth assessment of your school’s global activities and current infrastructure to support student travelers; assistance with the development of international travel protocols appropriate to your school’s needs; development of communication tools and crisis response plans; a training for program chaperones and guidance with the development of a pre-departure handbook and orientation programs for students and parents/guardians.
It includes two on-campus visits: the first to meet with campus stakeholders as part of the assessment process, and the second to conduct the program chaperone training. Biweekly virtual meetings will also take place during the development phase to ensure that protocols, the training, the handbook and orientation program are an appropriate fit for the needs of the institution.
Typically, an IPE package takes place over a time period of two-three months.
Delivery of pre-departure orientations for parents/guardians and/or students can be added for a reduced fee.

Strengthening Existing Infrastructure (SEI) Designed for schools that already have safety and security infrastructure in place and are interested in further developing their safety and security tools to strengthen their education and support for travelers for incident response.
This package includes an in-depth assessment of your school’s current safety and security protocols to support travelers; recommendations for measures to strengthen current structures and assistance with implementations of such measures and practical recommendations to maximize your resources.
It includes one on-campus visit for discussion of recommended measures with key stakeholders and the selected training. Bi-weekly virtual meetings will also take place during the implementation of recommended measures phase of the project.
Typically a SEI package takes place over a time period of one-two months.
One or more trainings can be added to this package at a reduced price.

This package includes an assessment of the current pre-departure preparation process; the development and implementation of a training for program chaperones; the development of a customized pre-departure handbook and orientation programs for students and parents, including delivery.
It includes two campus visits: one for the program chaperone training and one for the student and parent orientations. Biweekly virtual meetings will take place during the assessment and development phases.
